Setting it up
- Plug in. Connect the USB-C cable to the base and switch it on.
- Balance. Rest the upper module on the center point using the included alignment card. Ease it in slowly until you feel the magnetic field take hold.
- Let go. Release gently. The module lifts, holds, and begins to rotate.
Balance tips
Work on a flat, level surface away from metal objects and speakers. Small, patient adjustments work better than force. Most people get it on the first or second try.
If it won't stay up
If the module settles back onto the base, it simply means it wasn't centered. Nothing breaks — reposition it over the center point and release again. Make sure the base is powered and on a level surface.
Care & cleaning
Wipe both parts with the included microfiber cloth. Avoid liquids and abrasive cleaners. Keep the base connected to power only while in use.
